Mike Aponte is a former member of the legendary MIT Blackjack Team, the group of students who used card counting and sophisticated betting techniques to win millions from casinos in the 1990s. After leaving the team, Aponte became a blackjack consultant and educator, teaching advantage play techniques to aspiring players. He also co-created the Blackjack Institute, helping people learn team play strategies and responsible bankroll management.
