Cat Hulbert – Pioneering Female Advantage Player

Cat Hulbert is widely recognized as one of the first women to play on professional blackjack teams during the 1970s and 1980s, a time when advantage play was a male-dominated field. She became one of the most successful female card counters in history and later wrote about her experiences in her memoir Outplaying the Boys. Hulbert broke barriers, proving that gender had nothing to do with skill at the blackjack table, and inspired other women to take up advantage play seriously.
